Andrea is a professional hypnotherapist & life coach. She is skilled in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy principles and practice & she is a fully qualified Life Coach. She is also Level A and Level B BPS (British Psychological Society) qualified in psychometric testing. She is accredited with a variety of psychometric / training tools such as; Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory & Leadership Impact, Stephen R Covey’s ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People’ and has facilitated sessions using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Jinny Ditzler’s ‘Best Year Yet’.

In addition, she is a Founder Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Andrea established a highly successful career with Zurich Financial Services over 17 years, her skills ranging from Operational Management, having responsibility for several hundred staff, to more latterly, working in Human Resources as UK Life Capability Development Manager.

Her desire to help people from all walks of life develop their capabilities and maximise their opportunities encouraged her to take the significant step of training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Life Coach, so that she could take her considerable personal development skills into a wider range of environments to help more people get the best out of themselves. Andrea is a Company Director of HALO Hypnotherapy and Ultra Hypnosis Limited.
